Specialized Prosthodontist Maria Kyriazi received her dentistry degree from the national Kapodistrian university of Athens in 2016. Following this, she worked as a dentist until 2018 at a private dental office in Athens, specialized in Prosthodontics. Subsequently, she pursued a three-year Prosthodontics Master's Program at the School of Dentistry of Aristotle University Thessaloniki, specializing in Prosthodontics and dental implants, earning the Postgraduate Diploma of Specialization with Distinction.
Since then, she works as a specialized Prosthodontist, focusing on complex restorative-prosthetic cases tailored to each patient's needs, emphasizing on high aesthetics and functionality. She has a keen interest in aesthetic all-ceramics for smile enhancement using digital smile design and in full-mouth restorations with dental implants. She is involved in research, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences, both domestically and internationally in the field of her expertise. She has attended a series of educational seminars in aesthetic dentistry and actively participated as a speaker in various international conferences, including the Annual Conference of the European Prosthodontic Association (EPA), Annual Congress of the European College of Gerodontology. In 2024, her name was included in the list of recognized Prosthodontists by the European Prosthodontic Association (EPA), receiving the title of Recognized European Prosthodontist.
Dimitrios Giannikakis DDS, MSc
Specialized Orthodontist
The specialized orthodontist Dimitris Giannikakis received his dentistry degree from the national kapodistrian university of Athens in 2016. Following his graduation, he served his military duty as a dentist during 2016-2017, practicing general dentistry. Subsequently, he worked in his private practice in central Athens and in various clinics as a general dentist. In 2018, after obtaining the German professional license (Approbation) through examinations, he commenced a recognized three-year orthodontic program in Germany which he successfully completed and he was awarded the title "Fachzahnarzt für Kieferorthopädie" – Orthodontist Specialist after examinations by a German university committee.
During his specialization in Germany Dimitris Giannikakis attended numerous seminars, specialist training sessions, and conferences in Germany and other European countries. He worked in various orthodontic clinics in Germany from 2018 to 2023, after which he returned to his hometown, Athens. Since then, he works exclusively as an Orthodontist for both children and adults. Dimitris Giannikakis has publications in scientific journals and has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad. He underwent further training in the use of mini-orthodontic implants in orthodontics in Düsseldorf, Germany, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Dieter Drescher and Prof. Dr. Benedict Wilmes. Additionally, he received training in digital orthodontics and the use of clear aligners in orthodontics with Prof. Dr. Bjorn Ludwig. He is registered with the Dental Association of Bremen-Germany, Member of the General Dental Council (GDC) in the United Kingdom, Member of the German Society for Orthodontics (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kieferorthopädie) and Member of the European Orthodontic Society.
